CAN I PUT IN MY ITEM SPECIAL CUSTOMIZATIONS AS PATCHES?
DESIGN SUITE SOFTWARE cannot yet manage these kind of special customizations. Anyway if you need a cap with special customizations its always possible to realize with a special production at the origin.
ITS POSSIBLE TO MODIFY THE COLOURS OF MY LOGO USING THE DESIGN SUITE SOFTWARE?
Design Suite Software gives you the opportunity to insert your logo but not to modify it.
If you are not able to modify your logo with a software as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro you can ask FREE assistance to our DESIGNYOURCAP Graphic Support.
WHAT DOES REFILED A LOGO MEAN?
It means to trim off or to cut out the unnecessary area on your logo.
For example imagine to draw someting on a white paper with your pencil. As you finished your drawing draw again a square tangent to your drawing on all 4 sides of the square. Now cut out your square: your drawing has been refiled.
I WANT TO SET A TRANSPARENT COLOUR FOR MY BACKGROUND BUT INSIDE MY LOGO THERE IS THE SAME BACKGROUND COLOUR TO BE PRINTED/EMBROIDERED. WHAT CAN I DO TO SET AS TRASPARENT ONLY THE BACKGROUND COLOUR AND NOT THE SAME COLOUR INSIDE MY LOGO?
In this case you must modify the background colour of your logo using a new colour not used in the logo. To do that you can use a manipulating images software as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or ask FREE assistance to our DESIGNYOURCAP Graphic Support.
